Leaders Camp

 Hello Bloggers

On Monday and Tuesday, I was at a leaders camp in Papanui.

We played some games and did some teamwork activities as well as learning 6 habits some of the greatest leaders have.

One of the most important habits I learned was to be proactive instead of reactive.                                           Being reactive is blaming others, getting mad, holding grudges, etc, being proactive is to be calm, confronting, forgive, etc.

Another important habit is prioritizing, to be good at prioritizing you need to think about the things that you need to do instead of what you want to do. for example, you need to do homework, chores, etc and things you'll want to do are video games playing outside, etc.

In this activity, we had to trust each other and all lean back at the same time whilst holding the rope, once we had shown we could successfully do that we put Jordan on top of the rope, using the tension we made on the rope Jordan didn't fall off.

In my opinion, the leader's trip was fun and I learned lots of things.
That's all, Bye!
