Bedmas

For the past couple of weeks, we learned about bedmas.
This animation shows how it works and that I understand.

here is an equation that you could try!

6 -:-2 (1+2)=

1+2=3

6-:-2=3

3x3=9

The day Things Started Disappearing

This is my e-asttle writing practice, I haven't finished it but I hope you enjoy the start!

The Day Everything Started To Disappear!

On a stormy morning, the wind was smashing the trees into the windows and the rain was bucketing down, Halley had just woken up and went down the creaky stairs to feed her fish.

When she was about to feed the fish she realized that there wasn’t any fish in the tank but there was Scorpions! But she was too shocked to do anything so she just tried to forget about it.

She didn’t want her parents to wake up so she was going to let the dog outside.

After 15 minutes of looking high and low for Monty, she had given up.

She ate breakfast and watched some TV and when she had just gone to stand up she heard the stairs creaking and a whisper. 

She assumed it was her younger brother, Micheal, She looked around and no one was there and to be honest, Halley was getting pretty scared so she went to her parents’ room and they weren’t there either!

Halley was so scared she started shouting and screaming for someone to come… 

But I don’t think this is what she wanted.  She sat and sobbed and when she looked up she saw a clown! She was scared out of her mind right now and couldn’t possibly handle anything more and after she blinked the clown was gone, it was sunny, but her family still wasn’t anywhere!

While working I'll be learning about converting decimals into percentages, learning about exponents and the greatest common factors!
