Hi Bloggers, for inquiry today we made a comic strip on irony. My partner and I did dramatic irony which is when the audience knows something that the characters don't, in this comic it's that the person we are talking about is sitting behind us.
This is the comic strip, in the first panel Mia is talking about Daisy in a negative way, but what she doesn't know is that Daisy is sitting behind her. In the second panel, I'm also talking about Daisy behind her back. In the last two panels, Mia and I realise that Daisy has been sitting behind us the whole time.
This is dramatic irony because the audience (you) know something the characters (Mia and I) don't.
Have you ever seen dramatic irony before?
Do you know all 3 types of irony?
That's all, Bye!
